A reminder didn't arrive

Open the Settings app, tap Apps, then Interdose, and check Notifications are allowed. A medicine set to Quiet is held back in a Focus, so edit the medicine and choose Time sensitive or Alarm if you need it to get through. Alarm also needs Alarms allowed for Interdose in the same place.

Medicines aren't on my other device

Both devices need to be signed in to the same iCloud account with iCloud sync on, which is under Settings in the Family tab. Close Interdose and open it again after changing the switch.

Inviting family

Open the Family tab and tap Invite, then Add Access, type their Apple Account email and send them the link. Only people you added can open it, and both of you need the app and an iCloud account.

Family aren't getting alerts

Missed dose alerts are only for medicines at set times, and Tell people with access has to be on under Settings in the Family tab. They need notifications allowed for Interdose on their phone too.

Unlimited medicines on another iPhone

The purchase follows your Apple Account. If Cabinet still says 2 of 2 free medicines, tap Restore purchase on that card.
